What type of yoga is good for your body?
Hatha: At Samsara you can improve your body awareness, alignment and breathing practice through Hatha yoga.
Yin: If you are looking for a deeper body awareness, practicing Yin yoga will help you achieve a better flexibility.
Prenatal: As a mother-to-be, Prenatal yoga will help you ease the daily discomfort of pregnancy and prepare you to give birth to your baby.
Postnatal: Once a new mother, you will need to support your body's recovery with a gentle practice at first and an increasingly stronger practice as your body heals. Postnatal yoga will guide you through this postpartum period. Learn more...
